Lock and Load Light Camera might be an interesting thought when dealing with a possible intruder, but it’s the best way to describe how our new Light Camera works to capture instant perfect video images.
As soon as the covered area is breached the lights come on and recording is initiated. The instant reaction is to look at the source (crazy but true) and it’s then the camera is locked on to the subject matter with a perfect HD image loaded for posterity.
The Light Camera is the latest to join our many different CCTV and Intruder Alarm Systems using the latest technology including facial recognition. This 14 point recognition system is as good as any finger print and if the perpetrator isn’t already known to the Police, they are now!

Video Verification
Automatically Linked with external detectors through the Armour Cloud System for advanced video verification of unusual activity direct to our smartphone app. On the feed to your mobile device you will receive pre and post alarm footage to reduce false alarms and act accordingly when you need to.
Omnidirectional protection
Each Lock and Load Light Camera comes fitted with a PIR (infrared) sensor covering 270 degrees. This enables each property constant omnidirectional protection. Meanwhile, the HD Camera operates to provide 1080 pixel, Full-HD video with clear and crisp images day or night.
Fully customisable active defence
Our Lock and Load Light Camera is equipped to enable a bespoke set up with customisable detection areas to avoid false alarms. These are professionally decided with you and our site engineer. We can also adjust the motion sensitivity and custom alarms response. Lock and Load
Dual lights to Lock and Load
The Light Camera is fitted with dual lights that activate automatically with the detection of motion. They produce a powerful combined brightness of 2500 lumens and light up the complete area, placing any potential intruders in the spotlight. Lock and Load as recording automatically kicks in.
Real-time HD video on the move
No matter where you are, providing you have a mobile device, you can watch live and recorded video. From your smart device, using our easy to operate app you can control your entire Armour Security System.
Up to 18m IR range
The Light Camera continually projects and invisible IR light via its in-built IR LED to deliver optimum and discreet coverage. This works up to 18 metres of outdoor space, even in complete darkness forming an electronic moat around your property.
Micro-SD card compatible
Our Light Camera system supports a Micro-SD card (Up to 128GB and over 200 hours of continuous recording) as well as or instead of local recording. With as little as 8GB Micro-SD Card, you can achieve around 15.5 hours of continuous recorded footage.
Two-Way Audio
The two-way audio system built into the Light Camera with speaker and microphone allows you to listen and talk to ‘visitors’. No matter where you are you are continually connected with our App.
Weatherproof
The Light Camera qualifies for an Ingress Protection code of IP65 for weatherproof rating*. This means it has successfully proven to withstand severe weather conditions. As it is waterproof it is also dust tight and shown evidence to be protected against projected water.
*IP65 Enclosures should be able to protect against water pressure fired from water jets. Water is projected by a nozzle (6.3 mm) against the enclosure from any direction shall have no harmful effects or show signs of ingress. Test duration: at least 15 minutes. Professional Installation Required
The Armour Security Light Camera requires professional installation and is supplied by us as a NSI/NACOSS Gold Company, approved by all Insurance Companies. Apart from the professional installation our engineer discuss the areas to be covered and full details to help you download our App and, if necessary, how to best operate it. You are in good hands.
